Allegiance was wonderful as a renter.
Moving to RVA- Timeline for Renting ?
They're not a big player in RVA, but Allegiance was a wonderful landlord.

Do you have a link for anything that Allegiance Property Management might have for rent?? I’ve tried looking them up but can only find them in Northern VA, don’t see anything for RVA. Thx

I don't know if they do apartments, but Allegiance Property Management was a great landlord for my rental townhouse in the Fan, which technically had a yard, but it was smaller than the LR/DR combined. They did inspections, then actually sent people out to fix the issues they found. People talk a lot about the bad landlords in town, but they were great. Oh, and my townhouse will be back on the rental market soon.
Property management companies?
I rent through Allegiance Property Management. They run a tight ship - yearly inspections, then they actually fixed the stuff that needed to be fixed. They got the AC fixed in 95F period.
