City Services Still Terrible (Surprising no one)

Struggled with this for 10 years at 6 N 6th St. They block the alley with their dumpster and the city has admitted they can’t reopen the alley because the apartment building needs it for their dumpsters… regardless if it blocks access to the other buildings
