I agree with you. I actually had my apartment condemned (3228 Stuart Ave. #2) while they were managing it. They would fix nothing for me and one day the bathroom upstairs collapsed into mine. A month later, my bathroom collapsed into the basement. The city condemned the property and gave me 8 hours to move out. Didn't get my security deposit back.
