No code enforcement cases on file

Richmond and Chesterfield code enforcement records show no cases at any property this owner holds. Cases are tied to the building, not the owner, so a case predating their purchase would sit on that address's record instead.

First apartment in Richmond – Manchester vs. Scott’s Addition vs. Gateway? Looking for recommendations.

Hi everyone! I’m moving out on my own for the first time and work at VCU/MCV. I’m hoping to move in around **August** and have been touring apartments for weeks, but I’m starting to get decision fatigue. My budget is ideally around **$1,400–1,550 base rent**, or roughly **$1,650–1,700 all-in** if utilities are included. Shortly after we moved in, we always noticed that we could hear our upstairs neighbors walking around, and realized that the apartments were insulated very poorly. It was a little annoying, but we accepted it, s
