What Richmond Apt has the V best pool in town?
I used to live at the Locks Tower. The rooftop pool there is nothing special, but the views are spectacular. The building itself had a very industrial concrete feel that got tiresome after a little while though.
Leasing apartment before touring
I've lived in The Locks for 3 years and highly recommend it. Excellent maintenance and management. Also check out The Locks Tower, sister complex immediately adjacent. I can't speak to the other 2 you listed. I will say that the prices on The Locks site are for 13-month leases. If you only want to do 6 months, you'll pay $250-$300 more per month.
