Has anyone lived at the liberty circle apartments??

1600 monument. I’m thinking about moving there in august and touring next week but want to make sure there’s no major red flags. Has anybody had any issues with bugs or maintenance etc.? Anything I should know before I sign the dotted line??

Can someone tell me about the Stuart Apartment group? Im thinking of renting an apartment in the 1600 monument building. Does anyone have any horror stories I should know about?

Its cheap and advertising all utilities which seems nice but is the internet actually fast? It seems like there are a lot of students renting rooms in this building so im also concerned that the noise from neighbors might be an issue. Any feedback at all would be really appreciated!!!

If you lived at Stuart Court, there's investigations pending.

So Stuart Court(1600 Monument Avenue) is under investigation and both Kerri O'Brien and the city need testimonials regarding their misdeeds as slumlords in order to do anything about this. They stole my security deposit and called me a "greedy K-word" when I asked for it back, citing the fact that they never did maintenance and left me without functioning drains for the first eight months of my lease, did not provide the security they said they would, and left uninsulated steam pipes in the ba
