Collection at American Tobacco vs South Falls Tower

Moving to RVA in May. Debating between The Edge (Collection at American Tobacco Co.) and South Falls Tower. Both seem nice and have good reviews. Would like to hear if anyone has experience with either facility or comments regarding the areas where they are located. Thank you

The Attain in shockoe bottom

Hey im planning on moving from dallas to richmond i work at vcu. The rents are making me sweat 😥, how to explain people that researchers don’t earn enough. Anyway was looking for an apartment and found the attain, the price is attractive, i can walk to work, but the reviews are concerning. My other slightly expensive option is the collection at American tobacco. Any advice, on the general area and why they’re cheaper compared and is it worth living there. Btw if anyone has a spare bedroom

Apartment advise

American Tobacco was pretty good. The hallways did smell reminiscent of my middle school cafeteria but thats just a minimal observation I made while there. This was 5 years ago though.

We toured the lofts at canal (I think that’s the name) and really liked them but definitely at our top budget. Any reviews for the American tobacco company? Also any suggestions for 2bedroom apartments with windows in each room, our budget is up to $1800 but that would be at the top of our budget and looking for something a little less than that. Also for apartments that don’t inclu
